Payout Policy

This policy explains how Adverciser wallet earnings and withdrawals work. Attorney review recommended before launch.

This Payout Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to users earning as Advercisers (explorers).

1. How you earn

You earn only for eligible completed explorations that meet platform rules
Typical requirements include: claiming an eligible opportunity, exploring content in-app for the required minimum time, and submitting mandatory feedback
Optional “take it further” actions are never required to get paid
Shown payout amounts in the app are the amounts we intend to credit for that opportunity if completed validly

2. Wallet balance

Credits appear in your Adverciser wallet after a valid completion
Wallet balances are platform credits, not a bank account, deposit account, or stored-value card
Balances may be adjusted for corrections, chargebacks related to buyer funding, fraud, duplicate completions, or policy violations

3. Minimum payout

You may request a payout when your available wallet balance is at least $100.00 USD (or the then-current minimum shown in the app).

4. Requesting a payout

Add a valid payout account in Profile (method and account details)
Request withdrawal from Earnings when you meet the minimum
Requests usually move to pending until reviewed
Approved payouts are sent via the payment method on file (subject to processor and banking timelines)

5. Review, holds, and declines

We may delay, hold, or decline a payout when we reasonably need to check:

Identity or payout-account ownership
Suspicious activity, multi-accounting, or policy abuse
Incomplete, invalid, or low-quality task completions tied to the balance
Legal, tax, sanctions, or processor restrictions

If we decline or reverse earnings, we will generally reflect that in wallet history and may explain the reason when safe and practical.

6. Timing

Pending review typically completes within several business days, but complex cases can take longer
After approval, arrival time depends on the payout method and your bank/provider
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details you provided

7. Fees, currency, and taxes

Adverciser may introduce payout fees; any fee will be shown before you confirm a request
Currency conversion and intermediary bank fees may reduce the amount you receive
You are responsible for any taxes on earnings in your jurisdiction; we may request tax information where required

8. Account closure

If you request account deletion while a payout is pending, we may complete, cancel, or continue reviewing that payout under these rules and applicable law. Unused balances below the minimum may be forfeited on deletion unless law requires otherwise — contact support before deleting if you have an unpaid balance.

9. Changes

We may update minimums, methods, or this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and in-app notices where appropriate.
